Welcome everyone. This area gives you full access to all your monthly Zoom yoga classes as well as monthly yoga videos to support your home practice. Keep an eye out for new videos that will be posted below and all others will be added to the library on the ‘members area videos’ page! Pop up live yoga will take place at 8:15pm on Tuesday evenings (usually 2 per month) - there is no need to book in just use the code to access the class. If you’d like to join the WhatsApp yoga group please click the link below. This group is for members only as a way to keep in touch and share information. Looking forward to seeing you on the mat!

June - Radiate
The smell of summer is finally in the air.
Salty sun kissed skin. Peonies. Freshly cut grass. I love this time of year so much. The bright mornings and warmer evenings spent outside are so energising.
I can’t wait to lead this year’s Summer Solstice, Yoga in the Park on 21st June at 7:45pm. We are raising money for Twyford St Mary’s School PTA and it will be such an honour to hold space for those of you that are able to make it. You can book your spot here… www.pta-events.co.uk/tsmpta
Our focus throughout June will be to Radiate Love and Light. We will use the warmth of the sun to help us unlock the solar plexus chakra to create our own expression of mental agility, energy and personal power. We’ll flow through energising breath work, uplifting Sun Salutations and weave in moments to stretch and strengthen the front of the body in Bow Pose, Camel and Revolved Triangle.
June is going to be a wonderful time to reflect a little, take stock and soak up all the joy that can be found within your breath and body.
