Ride + Run Recovery
A yoga class designed specifically for men who run, cycle, or simply want to improve their mobility. These sessions will target the whole body, with key focus on tight hips, quads, hamstrings, shoulders and the lower back —common tension zones for active bodies.
Expect mobility work, deep stretches, and restorative poses to help you recover faster, move better, and stay injury-free. No flexibility required—just show up, stretch out, and feel the difference in your body.
