Seasonal gatherings - Twyford, near Winchester
The Brunch Club
Join our monthly Brunch Club and enjoy a seasonal ritual designed to help you slow down, connect and savour a few unhurried hours. During the colder months, we'll gather in my peaceful garden studio for a nourishing yoga practice before sharing a delicious homemade brunch together. Throughout the summer, we swap the yoga for a refreshing wild river dip, followed by brunch around my dining table.
Each gathering offers one seasonal experience - either yoga or a river dip - before we come together to eat, chat and enjoy meaningful conversation. It's a chance to meet like-minded people, try something a little different, and leave feeling nourished in every sense.
Looking for something more personal? Gather your own group of friends, family or colleagues and get in touch to create a private Brunch Club experience, thoughtfully tailored just for you.

Please be aware that by joining in-person classes or practising with us online, you are agreeing to the following liability waiver:
As a yoga teacher and director of The Stable Health Studio, I take my role seriously. I will therefore provide clear instruction and guidance that I am qualified to offer, but please be aware that this is not a replacement or alternative for any professional medical advice, and how you choose to interpret the guidance in these classes is your own responsibility.
If you are pregnant or have an injury you must consult a doctor for medical advice before participating in these classes. You must also declare this information at the time of booking in the health questionnaire provided.
Nothing that we do in the classes should cause you pain. If you experience pain, stop immediately - do not push through it. It is your responsibility, as the participant, to listen to your body and adapt your practice, taking note of the different variations offered to you. I always encourage every yogi to move at their own pace.
Any advice or guidance that I offer is not an alternative to seeking medical advice. If you have any health concerns you must take professional medical advice from a health provider or doctor. I, Rebekah Burn (Director of The Stable Health Studio), do not take any liability for loss, injury or damages suffered by you, the participant, or a third party, as a result of participating in these yoga classes, except where I have failed to use reasonable guidance or skill.
The participant acknowledges that there is a degree of risk associated with any type of exercise, and it is recommended that you seek medical advice from a healthcare provider before embarking on any new fitness programme. Any information I provide is not to be taken over that of a medical professional.
Thank you for your cooperation and I look forward to practising with you.
