At The Stable Health Studio, our goal is very simple; to make meditation, breath work and movement truly accessible to every body in a safe and supportive way.

Practising yoga with us is about balancing mind body and breath, creating a sustainable intuitive and personal practice to help you live your best life. It is not about forcing your body into complex shapes; rather exploring a style of yoga that supports you in the exact moment of life you find yourself in.

Our yoga classes held in our garden studio will guide you closer to your authentic self while helping you build strength and explore flexibility and range of movement in a safe and mindful way.

We had a great outdoor yoga session which I was a bit unsure about before we started. I’m not very flexible and also recovering from a recent whiplash so was nervous about doing yoga with other people.
