At The Stable Health Studio, our intention is simple: to make meditation, breathwork and movement truly accessible for every body, in a safe, supportive and welcoming space.

Yoga is the afterglow of mind-body integration - when you land every part of yourself into the same space at the same time, without judgement or expectation, but with awareness. Yoga is not about pushing your body into complex shapes. It is about creating balance between mind, body and breath, and developing an intuitive, sustainable practice that meets you exactly where you are in life.

Our garden studio, filled with a beautiful blend of kindness and essential oils, offers a space to reconnect with yourself. It is the ideal place to return safely to yourself, replacing thinking and doing with the simplicity of being in your body. Our classes support you in building strength, increasing flexibility, and expanding your range of movement - always with care, intention, and mindfulness.

We had a great outdoor yoga session which I was a bit unsure about before we started. I'm not very flexible and also recovering from a recent whiplash so was nervous about doing yoga with other people.
