Recording from 19th December. Here is a deeply restorative practice linked to the Chakra Energy System, to encourage you to fully disconnect from all that is going on around you and turn inwards, allowing you to rest and recharge. Come back to this practice again and again, if you are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted or out of balance.
Recording from Tuesday 13th December designed to heat the body from the inside out, working with opening the front of the body while strengthening the back of the body, as we gradually work our way towards dancer pose.
Recording from Tuesday 6th December. This flow will help you to find strength as we repeatedly flow through chair pose and stability as we add in twists and balancing variations. Loose yourself in this practice and drop all sense of expectation.

Recording from 24th May focusing on stretching and strengthening your Poses muscle. We will explore both passive and active range of motion, exploring the importance of end range strength. We will pay attention to mindfully stretching out the front of the hip while incorporating some side stretching and strengthening of the backside of the body! Lots to think about but more important than anything is that you step on your mat and meet yourself in the moment.
Recording from 17th May - a steady flow really focusing on balancing the breath. We begin the practice exploring Sama Vritta Pranayama - otherwise known as equal breathing. It’s such a great technique to quickly bring a sense of calm into the body and shift any negative thought patterns or uncomfortable physical sensations. Even breathing really helps us find that feeling of equanimity so that we can immerse ourselves into the present moment. Enjoy your practice.

Recording from Tuesday 5th April. A full body Chakra practice to help combat stress and balance the body with some detoxifying twists to help shift stagnant energy throughout the spine.
Recording from Tuesday 29th March. Starting with alternate nostril breathing to balance the nervous system, we will flow through a sequence of movement that will stretch and strengthen from the feet up to the crown.
Recording from Tuesday 22 March. A balancing flow exploring the calming and grounding movement found without our moon salutations. Enjoy marrying breath and movement as you soothe your nervous system and help to reduce cortisol levels in the body.

Recording from 8th March - lots of opportunity in this flow to warm the body , first with Kapalabhati breathing as well as through a range of poses aimed to cultivate mobility, flexibility and end range strength, particularly in the hamstrings.

A gorgeous nourishing practice to land you fully into the moment on 1st February. Another new month that we will fill to brim with an abundance of energising breath, good vibes and nourishing stretches.
Recording from 25th January. This practice begins super slowly with some Yin poses to deeply release the connective tissues before slowly awakening into a yang flow with a series of detoxifying standing twists.
An uplifting and energising flow, filled with sun salutations with a particular focus on engaging the back of the body, to balance out spinal flexion. I invite you to feel every part of this juicy practice as you draw on the power of your breath to guide the way.
We welcome in January 2022 with a soothing moon salutation flow, which provides us with a grounding and soothing flow. This practice is ideal for anytime of day but particularly lovely to practice before bed as the circular movement around the mat has a wonderful calming quality. Enjoy deeply connecting with your breath and finding moments of stillness to reflect and feel your way into your body.
A gentle calming Moon Salutation flow to balance the mind and body. Were as Sun Salutations help to awaken energy and build heat, Moon Salutations have a wonderful meditative quality to them, making this flow a perfect way to unwind at the end of the day and prepare for a peaceful night’s rest.

Recording from 14th December - the ultimate dose of self love! This practice is all about feeling gratitude towards yourself for taking, for connecting with the present moment and finding intuitive movement to support your wellbeing. Take a deep breath and find as much stillness as you can.
Recording from 7th December - a slow and steady flow, focusing on restoring mind and body while connecting with the core to build some heat.
Recording from 30th November. In this practice I invite you to explore the sensations that come up in the mind and body as you flow, noticing how they impact your practice and how you are able to find ways to respond in a mindful and compassionate way to support you both on and off the mat.

Here is the zoom recording from Tuesday 14th October. I hope you enjoy this practice which encourages a steady and constant dialogue between breath and movement as we flow through a series of sun salutation - incorporating both strength and stability as well as range of movement.
Zoom recording from 5th October. In this practice we explore the balance between spinal flexion and extension. Often in our practice, there is a greater ratio of forwards fold, spinal flexion and hip flexion that there is to back bends. For example in a Sun Saluation flow, we explore only one back bend when we come into Cobra. This flow will explore ways to balance out this ration so that we can find as many opportunities as possible to open the front of the body, while gaining strength and flexibility in a safe and supported way through the back body.
Zoom recording from 28th September. This is a grounding flow to encourage length into the hamstrings and spine. Use you breath fully to find as much space in the body as you can.

Recording from Tuesday 14th September. You will need a pillow to place under the body to begin. Enjoy a soothing and slow start, gradually building heat and energising the whole body.
Recording from Tuesday 7th September. A slow and steady practice to stretch out the hips and hamstrings. This practice will help to ground and invite a feeling of wellbeing into the mind and body. You will need a couple of cushions or a bolster to place underneath the body for a restorative reclined cobblers pose to begin.
Recording from Tuesday 31st August which takes time to allow your mind to settle at the start of the practice before exploring some energising and strengthening movement.
Recording from Tuesday 24th August. Grab all your cushions, blankets, bolsters and fluffy socks for this relaxing restorative practice to soothe your nervous system. Light a candle, turn down the lights and step onto your mat for an hour of indulgent self care.
