Private Yoga & Restorative Treatments at our garden studio.

Private Yoga Classes offer a personalised and supportive approach to your practice, tailored to your individual needs, goals, and experience. Whether you're new to yoga, returning after injury, or looking to deepen your practice, one-to-one sessions provide dedicated guidance in a calm and nurturing environment.

Our Restorative Facial Massage Treatment combines breathwork, guided meditation, restorative yoga, soothing essential oils, and facial massage to encourage deep relaxation, restore balance, and support nervous system wellbeing.

As I build a new booking system, private classes and treatments are currently arranged directly with me.

Whether you're interested in a single session or a block of five, please get in touch to discuss your preferred days and times, and together we'll find a regular slot that works for you.

All sessions take place in my peaceful garden studio in Twyford, near Winchester.

Investment

  • Single session: £65

  • Block of 5 sessions: £270 (saving £55)

Booking Information

  • Class blocks are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.

As a yoga teacher and director of The Stable Health Studio, I take my role seriously. I will therefore provide clear instruction and guidance that I am qualified to offer but please be aware that this is not a replacement/alternative for any professional medical advice and how you choose to interpret the guidance in these classes is your own responsibility. 

If you are pregnant or have an injury you must consult a doctor for medical advice before participating in these classes. You must also declare this information at the time of booking in the health questionnaire provided.

Nothing that we do in the classes should cause you pain. If you experience pain stop immediately - do not push through it. It is your responsibility, as the participant, to listen to your body and adapt your practice, taking note of the different variations offered to you. I always encourage every yogi to move at their own pace.

Any advice or guidance that I offer is not an alternative to seeking medical advice. If you have any health concerns you must take professional medical advice from a health provider or doctor. I, Rebekah Burn (Director of The Stable Health Studio) does not take any liability for loss, injury or damages suffered by you, the participant or a third party, as a result of participating in these yoga classes, except where I have failed to use reasonable guidance or skill. 

The participant acknowledges that there is a degree of risk associated with any type of exercise and it recommenced that you seek medical advice from a healthcare provider before embarking on any new fitness programme. Any information I provide is not to be taken over that of a medical professional.
