Beginning in September, our Garden Studio will offer a limited number of private small-group yoga experiences, designed for those seeking a more personalised, intimate and consistent approach to their practice.
Gather a group of up to four friends, family members or like-minded yogis and enjoy a dedicated weekly class in the peaceful surroundings of the studio and gardens, guided by Beks. Unlike larger public classes, these small groups allow for individual guidance, a deeper sense of connection, and a practice that can evolve with the needs and experience of the group over time.
Together, we'll find a regular weekly time that works for you, with classes booked in termly blocks throughout the year. I'll coordinate all dates, bookings and administration, creating a seamless and stress-free experience from start to finish.
This style of small-group yoga is rarely available locally and offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the benefits of a private class while sharing the experience and cost with a small circle of familiar faces.
Spaces are intentionally limited to preserve the calm, nurturing atmosphere of the studio.

There are still a few spaces left for group yoga this term and you can book below.
Health Questionnaire / Liability Waiver
Please note the form will be shown every time you book an appointment - this is a software limitation but we can’t adjust this unfortunately! The good news is you only need to fill it out once and you can then simply ignore the form if you are a returning customer - just scroll down past it to complete your booking!
Please be aware that by joining in person classes or practicing with us online, you are agreeing to the following liability waiver:
As a yoga teacher and director of The Stable Health Studio, I take my role seriously. I will therefore provide clear instruction and guidance that I am qualified to offer but please be aware that this is not a replacement/alternative for any professional medical advice and how you choose to interpret the guidance in these classes is your own responsibility.
If you are pregnant or have an injury you must consult a doctor for medical advice before participating in these classes. You must also declare this information at the time of booking in the health questionnaire provided.
Nothing that we do in the classes should cause you pain. If you experience pain stop immediately - do not push through it. It is your responsibility, as the participant, to listen to your body and adapt your practice, taking note of the different variations offered to you. I always encourage every yogi to move at their own pace.
Any advice or guidance that I offer is not an alternative to seeking medical advice. If you have any health concerns you must take professional medical advice from a health provider or doctor. I, Rebekah Burn (Director of The Stable Health Studio) does not take any liability for loss, injury or damages suffered by you, the participant or a third party, as a result of participating in these yoga classes, except where I have failed to use reasonable guidance or skill.
The participant acknowledges that there is a degree of risk associated with any type of exercise and it recommenced that you seek medical advice from a healthcare provider before embarking on any new fitness programme. Any information I provide is not to be taken over that of a medical professional.
Thank you for your cooperation and I look forward to practicing with you.
