Here you can choose from a selection of classes including Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative/Yin Yoga to help you rest, recharge and revitalise mind body and soul. There is something for everyone, whether you’re looking for a quick 10 minute flow or a full length practice. 💫Chair Yoga is a lovely option for anyone looking to find some movement in the body but in particular it is a great modification if you find it difficult to practice traditional yoga.
💫Chair yoga is ideal if accessing the ground isn’t an option, or if you suffer from conditions such as chronic pain, carpal tunnel syndrome and knee injuries.

Reconnect - 15 minutes
✨Take some time to reconnect.
✨The uncertainty of life can take its toll, so why not find fifteen precious minutes to check in with yourself, to notice how you’re feeling and reconnect with your mind and body. This flow is the perfect way to shake off any anxiety or stress, connect with your breath and invite some fresh energy into the body!
✨How will you choose to practice today? In a quiet corner on your own, maybe with a loved one or why not encourage the kids to join you on the mat!
Wake Up - 15 minutes
A 15 Minute morning ritual to help you wake up on the right side of the bed! Enjoy witnessing the sensation in your mind and body as you allow your breath to create space that you can gently move into.
Monday Morning Flow - 40 minutes
This one hour Hatha flow will guide you through a series of sitting and standing posture, exploring the relationship between grounding down while also finding a lightness and lift through the upper body.
This practice will strengthen and stretch the entire body while paying careful attention to alignment and the movement of breath through the body.
Roll out your mat, get out of your head and into your body!
Detox - 20 minutes
Join me for this swift detox flow. All you need is 20 minutes to enjoy this refreshing practice. It will shift any tension that is sitting heavy in the body and help you to step into your day with a clear mind.
Refresh - 20 minutes
Feeling tired and in need of some time out?
Put your to do list on hold and hop onto the mat for this 20 mins Refresh practice. A perfect flow for anytime of day, it will leave you feeling energised and uplifted.
Christmas Yin
A full Yin Practice to help you find a deep feeling of awareness and peace in both mind and bod. When everything starts to speed up around us, a regular and mindful connection to our practice can be a great support Helping to guide us to a place of calm rather than functioning in high alert. This practice will nourish from the inside out, supporting your nervous system to the full.
Yoga for Hockey Players - 50 minutes
This is a practice I designed and led for a pre season training day for a hockey club in Winchester. But you do not need to be a hockey player to benefit from this yoga flow. Enjoy stretching the entire spine, hips, quads and plenty more!
