Sshhh…

💚Ssshhh...I’m taking a duvet day! 

💚I cannot remember the last time I did this... so today it’s happening! I am putting the to do list on hold. No guilt attached, just pure indulgent relaxation for the whole day!

💚My body has been sore and achy the past couple of weeks from many yoga classes and my mind a little frazzled from the usual noisy chatter that is life! So today I am going to tune out of the big wide world and tune into me (and maybe a little Netflix!) 

💚First up is an energy boosting Matcha, peanut butter, banana, avocado and cacoa smoothie 🥑😋. What a treat to take time to make myself something delicious and nourishing that isn’t immediately devoured by the kids! Later I’m going to retreat to my yoga mat with all the cushions, blankets and bolsters I can lay my hands on for a blissful Yin practice with the beautiful @annieclarke_ a chance to truly soothe my nervous system.
