Smile…

✨Remember to smile✨Seems pretty simple, right? But in those moments of life where we experience discomfort and frustration, a smile may be the last thing on our mind. 

My yoga practice has taught me to be kinder, softer and replace harsh judgement with a smile. 

To smile when I wobble and fall out of a pose, to smile when I am just too tired to keep up with the rest of the class and instead find stillness on my mat. What a difference a smile can make. 

✨It can light up a room. 

✨It can light up your soul.

The more we smile, embrace the moment and pay attention on the mat, whether it be physical or emotional (or quite possibly both!), the more we notice our ability to do the same thing off the mat too.💛
